The Cruise Experience
Queen Mary 2 is the flagship of the Cunard fleet and was built for exactly this crossing, with all the grace of the golden age of ocean travel. Days at sea pass easily: West End-style shows in the Royal Court Theatre, ballroom dancing with a resident orchestra in the Queens Room, the largest ballroom at sea, planetarium shows, a library, four pool areas, a spa and traditional afternoon tea, with gala evenings along the way. Dinner is served in the elegant Britannia Restaurant.
In between the crossings, Regal Princess is a modern Royal-class ship with plenty going on, from the lively Piazza and the Princess Theatre to Movies Under the Stars and the SeaWalk, a glass walkway that extends out over the ocean. Alongside the main dining rooms you’ll find speciality options such as Sabatini’s and the Crown Grill, plus a spa, fitness centre and jogging track.
